Google calendar and email context in Collabute

Use Google integration for calendar-aware planning and communication workflows.

Requirements

  • Google account with access to your work calendar
  • Collabute role allowed by org integration policy

Connect Google

  1. Open Integrations
    Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select Google
    Select Google.
  3. Authorize
    Click Connect and complete Google authorization.
  4. Confirm status
    Return to Collabute and confirm status is Connected.

Validate connection

  • What's on my calendar today?
  • Do I have any free time this afternoon?
  • Draft a follow-up email for today's client meeting.

Common issues

  • Connection failed: OAuth popup or session was interrupted. Re-run connect flow.
  • No calendar data: wrong Google account connected.
  • Permission denied: role restricted by org policy.
