Requirements
- Google account with access to your work calendar
- Collabute role allowed by org integration policy
Connect Google
Open Integrations
Open Settings > Integrations.
Select Google
Select Google.
Authorize
Click Connect and complete Google authorization.
Confirm status
Return to Collabute and confirm status is Connected.
Validate connection
What's on my calendar today?Do I have any free time this afternoon?Draft a follow-up email for today's client meeting.
Common issues
- Connection failed: OAuth popup or session was interrupted. Re-run connect flow.
- No calendar data: wrong Google account connected.
- Permission denied: role restricted by org policy.
