  • Org admins and owners usually connect integrations.
  • Members use integrations only if role policy allows it.
  • Access is scoped per integration, not globally.
Admin / Owner Member ┌─────────────────────┐ ┌─────────────────────┐ Settings > Chat with connected Integrations tools, if policy Connect / disconnect allows that tool └──────────┬──────────┘ └────────────────────┘ Per-integration role policy ───────────────── (Member / Admin / Owner)
  1. Read Collabute developer resources if you are connecting an agent or API.
  2. Open the specific integration pages your team enabled.
  3. Use Troubleshooting when a flow fails.
Start with Installation, then Getting Started. Open an integration page only after the first chat test works.
